How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After booking you will receive an confirmation email.

How early do I need to make a reservation?

We recommend to make a online reservation 24 hours before your trip. In last minute cases, please call us, so you can be sure that we provide a vehicle. Use the following telephone number: + 48 663 – 777 – 240.

How to cancel or modify my booking?

To cancel or modify a reservation send an email with title "cancel reservation" to cancel or "modify reservation" to modify.
Please, don’t forget about writing your name, destination and date of the first transfer requested.

How to book tailor made trips, “Family roots” program or special tours?

Our staff would be happy to help you, so please write to us. We look forward for your email and be sure that you receive answer within few hours.

Do you have car seats for the youngest passengers?

Of course we have car seats for babies and children. If you need this, please inform us at the time of booking. We offer child seats without extra charge.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

Sorry, but in our vehicles smoking is not allowed.

How can I pay for this service?

We accept different payments methods: cash and major credit cards.

Do I need to pay in advance?

It’s unnecessary to pay in advance in standard offer.

How can I find my driver?

For airport/hotel transfer, your driver will be waiting in arrival hall/reception with a sign board on which written your name at appointed time.
